2. Repair Time
Repair time may vary depending on the device condition and availability of parts. We aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible but do not guarantee exact timeframes.
3. Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up all data before repair. Instyle Fix is not liable for any data loss during the repair process.
4. Parts & Warranty
We use high-quality replacement parts. Warranty (if provided) covers only the repaired parts and does not include physical damage or misuse after service.
5. Payment Policy
Full payment must be made after service completion before collecting the device.
6. Unclaimed Devices
Devices not collected within a specified time may be subject to storage fees or disposal.
7. Liability Limitation
Instyle Fix is not responsible for any pre-existing issues or further damage caused by hidden defects during repair.
8. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service for devices that are severely damaged or previously tampered with.
